Having an email address with your domain name not only looks more professional than free email account addresses, but it is also easy to set up – and free. Below we take you step-by-step to create your email account for your domain.

To create email accounts for your domain:

1.) Log into your cPanel.

2.) Click on Email Accounts.

3.)  Type in the email account you would like to create in the “Email” field, create a password, and click on “Create Account.”  If you think you’ll get a lot of email, you can change your “Mailbox Quota” to a higher MB or click “Unlimited” before you click on “Create Account.”

How to Check Email in cPanel:

1.) Click on Webmail in your cPanel home page.

2.)Click on “Go to Webmail Login.”

3.) Click on “Read Mail Using Horde.”

4.) Choose your language and click “Log In.” This will take you to your inbox. You can use this same process to check your email using Roundcube or SquirrelMail as well.

You can also have your email forward to another email account. For example, if you have another email account, such as a Hotmail or Gmail account, you can have the email account you just created forward to that account. That way, whenever you get an email to the new account you just created, it will be delivered to the other account instead. Then you can receive all of your email in one place instead of having to check multiple accounts.

To Set Up Email Forwarding:

1.) Click on “Forwarders” on your cPanel home page.

2.) Click on “Add Forwarder.”

3.) Enter in the email address you want to forward and where you want it to be forwarded to.

4.) Click “Add Forwarder.”
